Formerly the Ritz Carlton, the Intercontinental Double Bay Sydney opened in November 2014.  A luxury property featuring restored marble, Parisian style balconies, a gin bar, roof top pool and lounge with panoramic view of the bay.  There are 140 guest rooms including 14 suites.
